Often underestimated strength: Chiusi-Chianciano high-speed station (Rome in 1h15, Florence in 1h), A1 Valdichiana exit, Florence and Perugia airports. For investors and international buyers it is a meaningful differentiator.
Val di Chiana is where price per square metre is still reasonable, accessibility is excellent and quality of life is high. For practical buyers, it is a technically solid choice.
